lncRNA HOTAIR在纤维化疾病中的研究进展

摘要 纤维化疾病的形成是失调的组织损伤修复反应的结果。在纤维化过程中,上皮细胞向成纤维细胞转化,即发生上皮-间充质转化(EMT)。而长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在纤维化疾病的EMT过程中既可发挥促纤维化作用,又可发挥抗纤维化作用,其中lncRNA HOX转录反义RNA(HOTAIR)是目前探究的热点lncRNA之一。lncRNA HOTAIR在多种纤维化疾病中高表达,其可通过竞争性结合微RNA或调控纤维化信号通路促进EMT过程,从而促进纤维化疾病的发生发展。未来敲减lncRNA HOTAIR基因可能为纤维化疾病的防治提供新靶点。 Fibrotic diseases is the outcome of dysregulated tissue repair response.During the fibrotic process,epithelial cells transform into mesenchymal cells,which is also called epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)can either have pro-fibrotic effects or anti-fibrotic effects on the EMT process of fibrotic diseases,and lncRNA HOX transcript antisense intergenic RNA(HOTAIR)is one of the hot lncRNA currently explored.LncRNA HOTAIR is overexpressed in fibrotic diseases and can have a pro-fibrotic effect on the EMT process by competitively bounding to microRNAs or by regulating fibrotic signaling pathway,thus promoting the occurrence and development of fibrotic diseases.Knockdown of lncRNA HOTAIR gene may provide a new target for the prevention and treatment of fibrotic diseases in the future.
