摘要
前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,大部分患者最终会发展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌,这一过程与雄激素及其受体介导的信号转导密切相关。另外,脂质代谢也与前列腺癌相关,胆固醇作为雄激素合成的前体物质,在合成雄激素过程中起关键作用。固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBPs)能够调节参与脂肪酸和胆固醇合成的相关基因表达,进而调控脂质生成并影响癌细胞脂质代谢,抑制前列腺癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭。进一步研究SREBPs在前列腺癌细胞中的功能,探究前列腺癌脂质代谢与雄激素通路的相关机制,可能为前列腺癌的临床治疗提供更多思路。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in men.A large proportion of the patients will eventually progress to castration-resistant prostate cancer due to drug resistance,which is closely related to signal transduction mediated by androgens and their receptors.In addition,lipid metabolism is also relevant in prostate cancer.As a precursor of androgen synthesis,cholesterol plays a key role in the process of androgen synthesis.Sterol regulator-binding proteins(SREBPs)can regulate the expression of genes involved in fatty acid and cholesterol synthesis,thus regulating lipid production and affecting the lipid metabolism of cancer cells,inhibiting the proliferation,migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells.Further studies on the function of SREBPs in prostate cancer cells and the mechanism of lipid metabolism and androgen pathway in prostate cancer may provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of prostate cancer.
