摘要
子痫前期是妊娠特异性疾病,严重威胁母婴健康。胎盘发育异常可能是子痫前期发病的关键环节。随着妊娠的进展,妊娠早期的子宫螺旋动脉重塑障碍将促使胎盘发生缺血再灌注损伤,进而释放大量细胞因子进入母体循环,诱发全身炎症反应以及血管内皮损伤,目前终止妊娠仍是治疗子痫前期的主要手段,且目前尚无针对子痫前期病因和发病机制的有效治疗手段。间充质干细胞具有自我更新、多向分化、免疫调节等特性,对子痫前期的免疫调节、血管生成、炎症反应有改善作用,有望成为治疗子痫前期的潜在方法。
Preeclampsia is a pregnancy specific disease,which poses a serious threat to maternal and infant health.Abnormal placental development may be a key link in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.With the progress of pregnancy,the disorder of remodeling of uterine spiral artery in early pregnancy will cause ischemia reperfusion injury to the placenta,which will release a large number of cytokines into the maternal circulation,and induce systemic inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelial damage.At present,termination of pregnancy is still the main means to treat preeclampsia,as there is no effective treatment for the etiology and pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Mesenchymal stem cells have the self-renewal,multi-directional differentiation,and immunoregulative characteristics,which can improve the immunoregulation,angiogenesis,and inflammatory response in preeclampsia,thus are expected to become a potential method to treat preeclampsia.
