体外冲击波治疗骨性关节炎的研究现状及作用机制

Research Status and Mechanism of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy for Osteoarthritis

骨性关节炎(OA)是一种常见于中老年人的退行性疾病,主要症状为关节活动受限和疼痛,疾病早期多以口服药物、物理因子等保守治疗为主,后期治疗多采用关节置换术。目前,体外冲击波(ESW)已广泛应用于各类骨骼肌肉疾病的治疗,且疗效良好。然而,目前关于ESW治疗OA的研究大多集中于临床应用疗效方面,主要通过缓解疼痛、改善功能达到治疗目的,而对其作用机制的研究相对较少。未来对ESW治疗OA的机制研究可为OA治疗提供新的靶点和思路。

Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative disease commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly people.The main symptoms are limited joint activity and pain.In the early stage of the disease,oral medicine,physical factors and other conservative treatments are mainly used,while in the late stage,joint replacement surgery is often adopted.At present,extracorporeal shock wave(ESW)has been widely used in the treatment of various musculoskeletal diseases,and the effect is good.However,the current research on the treatment of OA by ESW mostly focuses on the clinical efficacy,mainly through pain relief and functional improvement to achieve the purpose of treatment,while there are relatively few studies on its mechanism of action.The future research on the mechanism of ESW treatment of OA can provide new targets and ideas for OA treatment.
