摘要
何首乌作为传统的滋补中药,具有抗衰老、降血压、降血脂、提高免疫力等多种保健功效,临床应用非常普遍。随着近年来肝毒性案例报道的增多,何首乌导致肝毒性的相关机制也被广泛关注。目前关于何首乌引起肝脏毒性的机制研究主要集中在其对肝细胞直接毒性作用和通过免疫系统介导的肝毒性作用上,其中免疫系统的作用是本领域近年来的研究热点。另外,由于何首乌化学成分十分复杂,其肝毒性的物质基础一直以来是一个备受关注的问题。未来需要更多的研究明确何首乌肝毒性的物质基础和分子机制。
Polygonum multiflorum is a traditional Chinese medicine with common clinical application.Polygonum multiflorum has many health effects,such as anti-aging,lowering blood pressure,lowering blood lipid and improving immunity.However,with the increasing reports of hepatotoxicity in recent years,the mechanism of hepatotoxicity induced by Polygonum multiflorum has received more and more attention.At present,researches on the mechanism of hepatotoxicity induced by Polygonum multiflorum mainly focus on its direct toxic effect on hepatocytes and hepatotoxicity mediated by immune system,among which the role of immune system has become a research hotspot in recent years.Besides,the material basis of it hepatotoxicity has always been a concern due to its complex chemical composition.More studies are needed in the future to clarify the material basis and molecular mechanism of hepatotoxicity of Polygonum multiflorum.
