胃癌术后的中医外治研究进展

手术是治疗胃癌的主要措施,胃癌患者术后普遍存在胃肠动力障碍、生活质量不高等问题。中医外治包括药物外治及非药物外治法(针刺、灸法、穴位贴敷、耳穴疗法、中药灌肠等),具有易于操作、使用安全的特点,能够调理胃癌患者术后的胃肠气机,具有燮理气血阴阳的功效,体现中医内病外治的诊疗思路。中医外治法有助于改善胃癌患者术后胃肠功能,促进机体修复。中医外治的现代化发展有助于实现传统中医与前沿科技的优势互补,值得深入研究。

Operation is the main method to treat gastric cancer.There are many problems such as gastrointestinal motility disorder and poor quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)includes drugs and non-drug treatment(acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,ear point therapy,Chinese herbal enema,etc.),which is easy to operate and safe to use.It can regulate the gastrointestinal qi of the patients with gastric cancer after operation,has the effect of regulating qi,blood and yin,and embodies the TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking of external treatment of internal diseases.External treatment of TCM is helpful to improving the gastrointestinal function of the patients with gastric cancer after operation and promoting the repair of the body.The modern development of TCM external treatment helps to realize the complementary advantages of TCM and cutting-edge science and technology,which is worthy of further study.
