摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)可导致患者出现慢性盆腔痛及不孕,严重影响患者的生活质量。然而,目前关于EMs的确切发病机制尚不清楚。微RNA(miRNA)是一种短链、高度保守的非编码单链RNA分子。其通过参与EMs中高雌激素环境、炎症、氧化应激、增殖、凋亡、血管形成、侵袭、转移和组织重塑等多种病理、生理过程促进EMs的发生与发展,并可作为诊断EMs一种新的潜在生物学标志物。但目前尚无精准的miRNA可作为新的无侵入性诊断、治疗EMs的生物标志物,未来需深入研究。
Endometriosis(EMs)can lead to chronic pelvic pain and infertility,which can seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.However,the exact pathogenesis of EMs remains unclear.Micro RNA(miRNA)is a type of short-stranded,highly conserved,non-coding,single-stranded RNA molecule.It promotes the occurrence and development of EMs by participating in various pathological and physiological processes,such as high estrogen environment,inflammation,oxidative stress,proliferation,apoptosis,vascular formation,invasion,metastasis,and tissue remodeling.It can also be used as a new potential biological marker for diagnosing EMs.However,there is no accurate miRNA available as a new biomarker for the noninvasive diagnosis and treatment of EMs,and further study is needed in the future.
