摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)包含深静脉血栓形成(DVT)与肺血栓栓塞症,是常见的一种心血管疾病。其中,DVT的Virchow三要素包括血管内皮损伤、血液高凝状态和静脉血流滞缓。此外,激活的中性粒细胞释放中性粒细胞外诱捕网(NETs)也参与VTE的发病过程。NETs由解聚的染色质和各种蛋白质组成,它可以参与血管内皮损伤、促进血液达到高凝状态并导致静脉血流滞缓,从而影响VTE的进展。因此,更好地理解NETs在VTE病理生理过程中的作用对于其早期诊断、预防和治疗具有重要意义。
Venous thromboembolism(VTE),including deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary embolism,is a common cardiovascular disease.Virchow′s triad of DVT includes intimal injury,hypercoagulable state and vascular stasis.In addition,activated neutrophils released neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are also involved in the pathogenesis of VTE.NETs consist of depolymerized chromatin and various proteins,which can participate in vascular intimal injury,promote blood to reach a hypercoagulable state and cause venous blood flow stagnation,thus affecting the progress of VTE.Therefore,a better understanding of the role of NETs in the pathophysiology of VTE is of great significance for the early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of VTE.
