肌腱蛋白C在肺发育和肺部疾病中的研究进展

摘要 肌腱蛋白C(TNC)是腱蛋白家族的创始成员,在脊椎动物中高度保守。作为重要的细胞外基质糖蛋白,TNC在器官发育、组织修复与重构、信号转导、免疫调节等方面发挥重要作用,在炎症、损伤、纤维化及肿瘤等众多病理条件下可异常增高。TNC不仅参与肺的发育,还与发育期肺部疾病、肺衰老、肺损伤及修复、肺部感染性疾病、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化及肺肿瘤等多种肺部疾病的病理过程相关。因此,深入研究TNC在肺部疾病中的作用及机制,可以为肺部疾病的诊治及预防提供新的思路。 Tenascin C(TNC)is the initial member of the tenascin family and highly conserved in vertebrates.As an important extracellular matrix glycoprotein,TNC plays an important role in organ development,tissue repair and remodeling,signal transduction,and immune regulation.Under many pathological conditions such as inflammation,injury,fibrosis and tumor,it can increase abnormally.TNC is not only involved in lung development,but also related to the pathological process of various lung diseases such as developmental lung disease,lung aging,lung injury and repair,pulmonary infectious disease,asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis and lung tumor.Therefore,in-depth study of the role and mechanism of TNC in lung diseases can provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of lung diseases.
