白内障术后并发高眼压影响因素的研究现状

Research Status of Influencing Factors of High Intraocular Pressure after Cataract Surgery

手术是目前治疗白内障的主要手段,尤其对于症状较重、经药物治疗效果不佳的患者,可通过切除浑浊晶状体并植入人工晶体帮助患者恢复视力,但术后常并发高眼压,而持续的眼压升高会对患者术后视力造成不可逆性损伤,不仅影响术后视力恢复,严重者甚至可导致失明。因此,明确白内障术后高眼压危险因素尤为重要。导致白内障患者术后高眼压发生的因素较多,包括自身合并症、黏弹剂的使用、年龄等。因此,未来进一步明确白内障术后高眼压的危险因素,对临床早期防治高眼压具有重要指导意义。

At present,surgery is the main means to treat cataracts.Especially for the patients with severe symptoms and poor drug treatment effect,it can help the patients recover their vision by removing the turbid lens and implanting intraocular lens.However,high intraocular pressure is often accompanied after surgery,and the continuous increase of intraocular pressure will cause irreversible damage to the postoperative vision of the patients,not only affecting the postoperative vision recovery,but even leading to blindness in serious cases.Therefore,it is particularly important to identify the risk factors of high intraocular pressure after cataract surgery.There are many factors that lead to high intraocular pressure after cataract surgery,including self complications,the use of viscoelastic agents,age,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to further identify the risk factors in the future for the early prevention and treatment in the clinical practice.
