近几十年来,男性生殖能力逐渐下降,男性因素导致不育的比例达到了一半,已成为威胁人类健康的一大因素。目前对男性生殖健康的研究除了进行临床研究外,更有赖于动物模型的建立。影响男性生殖健康的因素复杂繁多,因此构建合适可靠的实验动物模型,对研究男性生殖领域内诸多问题的发生机制和治疗方法有重要意义。目前常见的动物模型包括基因敲除模型、生精障碍模型、炎症模型、烟酒模型、肥胖模型、慢性心理应激模型和环境污染模型。未来完善雄性生殖实验动物模型体系,可为研究者选用和构建模型提供帮助。

In recent decades,male fertility has gradually declined,and the proportion of infertility caused by male factors has reached half,which has become a major threat to human health.At present,the research on male reproductive health depends on the establishment of animal models in addition to clinical research.There are many factors affecting male reproductive health.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct suitable and reliable experimental animal models to study the occurrence mechanism and treatment methods of many problems in male reproductive field.Current common animal models include gene knockout model,spermiogenesis disorder model,inflammation model,tobacco and alcohol model,obesity model,chronic psychological stress model and environmental pollution model.Improved animal model system of male reproduction experiment in the future will provide help for the researchers to select and construct the models.
