高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的关系及其相关机制的研究进展

摘要 高尿酸血症是嘌呤代谢障碍引起的一种疾病,其会从许多方面致使机体发生功能紊乱和病理改变,导致多系统疾病。近些年,随着人民生活水平的提高及日常饮食结构的改变,高尿酸血症的患病率呈持续上升趋势。故而,对于高尿酸血症的研究也越来越受到学术界的关注,了解高尿酸血症对各系统疾病的影响非常重要。高尿酸血症对心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后影响较大,研究高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的关系及其相关发病机制,可为心血管疾病的预防及治疗提供新思路。 Hyperuricemia is a disease caused by purine metabolism disorder,which can lead to functional disorders and pathological changes in the body from many aspects,resulting in multi-system diseases.In recent years,with the improvement of people′s living standards and the change of daily diet structure,the prevalence of hyperuricemia has shown a continuous upward trend.Therefore,the research on hyperuricemia has attracted more and more attention from the academic circles,and it is extremely important to understand the impact of hyperuricemia on various system diseases.Hyperuricemia has a greater impact on the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.Studying the relationship between hyperuricemia and cardiovascular diseases and the related pathogenic mechanisms can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
