妊娠期糖尿病产程中血糖控制的研究进展

Research Progress of Blood Glucose Control during Labor in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

随着妊娠期糖尿病发病率的提升,人们对妊娠期糖尿病产时管理重要性的认识也逐渐提高。以往人们多关注于妊娠期的血糖控制,并提出了完善的诊断标准及适宜的控制方式。但随着对产时血糖管理认识的深入发现,控制产时血糖非常重要。产时血糖受多种因素影响,易发生较大范围的波动,对母婴结局产生不良影响,从而进一步影响母婴的近远期预后。目前人们对产时血糖的管理方式及管理目标提出了创新性观点,通过对产时血糖的管理,以期稳定产时血糖,从而降低不良母婴结局的发生率。

With the increasing of incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),people′s awareness of the importance of labor management of GDM is increasing.In the past,people paid more attention to the blood sugar control during pregnancy,and has put forward the perfect diagnosis standard and appropriate control methods.However,with the further understanding of the management of blood glucose during labor,it′s discovered that the control of blood glucose during labor is very important.Intrapartum blood glucose is affected by many factors,easy to fluctuate in a wide range,which has a negative impact on maternal and infant outcomes,and further affect the near-term and long-term prognosis.At present,people have put forward a new idea about the management mode and goal of blood glucose during labor,that is to manage and stabilize the blood glucose during labor,so as to reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
