医联体合理用药处方点评工作探索与分析

Exploration and analysis of prescription comment on rational drug use in medical alliance

目的 探讨医联体内处方点评工作实践,总结分析医联体合理用药发展方向。方法 从2019年7月起对青岛市中心医院下属3家社区医院进行处方点评,对集中问题进行反馈、讨论。结果 2019—2021年,经不合格处方整改、建立医联体内医疗机构处方点评流程等工作,3家社区医院的处方不合格率从2019年的10.67%降到2021年的1.96%(χ^(2)=167.223,P<0.001),不合格用药情况明显改善。结论 不合格处方整改、处方点评工作取得了良好的效果。医联体合理用药保障了患者用药安全,提升了基层药学服务水平。

Objective To explore the practice of prescription review in medical alliance,to summarize and analyze the development direction of rational drug use in medical alliance.Methods From July 2019,prescription reviews were conducted on three community hospitals under Qingdao Central Hospital,and the popular problems were feedback and discussed.Results From 2019 to 2021,after the rectification of unqualified prescriptions and establishment of prescription review processes for medical institutions in the medical alliance,the prescription failure rate of the three community hospitals decreased from 10.67% in 2019 to 1.96% in 2021 (χ^(2)=167.223,P<0.001),the substandard medication situation improved significantly.Conclusion Satisfactory effect been achieved in rectification and prescription review of unqualified prescriptions.The rational use of drugs by the medical alliance ensured the safety of patients 'medication and improves the level of grassroots pharmacy services.
