日照、烟台口岸入境留学生麻疹抗体水平监测

Surveillance of measles antibody level among entry students at Rizhao and Yantai Port

目的 了解日照、烟台口岸入境留学人员麻疹抗体水平,为口岸麻疹防控提供依据。方法 收集日照、烟台口岸2019—2020年18~30岁入境留学人员的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果 日照、烟台口岸276名入境留学人员麻疹IgG抗体总阳性率为78.99%,总保护率为36.96%,抗体几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为1 108.23 mIU/ml。男女之间麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性高于男性;麻疹抗体保护率、GMC的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);来自非洲区、欧洲区、东南亚区、东地中海区、西太平洋区留学生的抗体阳性率、GMC差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),抗体保护率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);来自东南亚区与欧洲区、西太平洋区留学生的抗体保护率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),非洲区阳性率(68.42%)最低,东南亚区抗体保护率(27.16%)和GMC(827.84 mIU/ml)均最低;不同年度、不同口岸的留学生的抗体阳性率、抗体保护率和GMC差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 日照、烟台口岸入境留学人员的麻疹免疫率低于世界卫生组织推荐水平,不同区域留学生麻疹免疫水平差异较大,应在加强麻疹监管的同时有针对性地开展麻疹免疫强化及抗体水平监测工作。

Objective To understand the measles antibody level of inbound students at Rizhao and Yantai ports,and to provide evidence for measles prevention and control at ports.Methods The serum samples of 18-30 years old overseas students at Rizhao and Yantai port during 2019-2020 were collected,and the level of measles IgG was detected by ELISA.Results The general positive rate of measles antibody was 78.99%among 276 inbound students at Rizhao and Yantai port,the antibody protection rate was 36.96%the Geometric Mean Concentration(GMC)was 1108.23 mIU/ml.There was significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody between men and women(P<0.05),the women was higher tan men,but there was no statistically significant differences in the protective rate of measles antibody and GMC.The antibody positive rate of students from different regions of AFRO,EURO,EMRO、SEARO and WPRO was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in antibody protection rate(P>0.05).The antibody protection rate of students from different regions of Southeast Asia,Europe and Western Pacific statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate(68.42%)of those from African region was the lowest,while the antibody protection rate(27.16%)and GMC(827.84 mIU/ml)of Southeast Asia were the lowest.There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate,antibody protection rate and GMC of different years and different ports.Conclusion The measles immunization rate of the overseas students at Rizhao and Yantai ports was lower than the level recommended by WHO.The measles immunization level of the overseas students in different regions varied greatly,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of measles and carry out the measles immunization enhancement and antibody level surveillance.
