基于大数据分析探讨大规模定制设计在电商平台的应用价值,通过某市场分析软件和某采集器获取淘宝和天猫平台的行业客群特征、电动升降桌的卖家概况和产品设计特征等数据,使用Origin软件将获取的数据进行数据分析和图形可视化。根据数据分析和图形可视化的结果,明确电动升降桌的主要客群以及热销属性,挖掘电动升降桌的痛点和行业发展新思路,通过创新设计模式提升电动升降桌的销售效益。分析得出电动升降桌的客群比较集中且需求较为相似;对产品属性进行科学的分析和归类后,符合大规模定制设计思维的要求;建立用户定制配置设计数据云库和产品配置器开发软件,为电动升降桌的设计与制造提供创新模型与方法。

Aiming to increase the sales of electric lift table through new design models and strategies,the application value of mass customization in e-commerce platform was studied by providing new design ideas and strategies for furniture design.Through certain market analysis software and certain collector,the industry customer base characteristics of Taobao and Tmall platform,the seller profile and product design characteristics of the electric lifting table were obtained.The obtained data were analyzed and visualized by Origin software to clarify the main customer base and hot sales attributes of the electric lifting table.According to the results of mega data analysis,the customer base has certain complexity and differences,which requires the electric lifting table to be selective and replaceable in terms of material technology,size,weight,color,style and service.After scientifically analyzing and classifying the product attributes according to the needs of users,the user customized configurator was established.The online mass customization will provide new models and strategies for the design and manufacturing of electric lifting tables,which can also be applied to other furniture fields and expand new ideas for the development of the industry in the future.
