Intellectual property protection with regional characteristics has received much attention,and innovation advantages and practical achievements of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area cluster area have been demonstrated.Based on the comprehensive advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper summarizes the typical outcome cases in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen,provides practical exploration experience and innovation reference for all parties,and aims to promote the comprehensive construction of intellectual property protection in China and effectively promote the comprehensive protection of innovation results.
