计及阶梯式碳交易的风-光-火-抽蓄联合系统日前优化调度 被引量:1

Research on optimal scheduling of wind-photovoltaic-thermal-pumped storage combined power generation system considering ladder-type carbon trading

摘要 在以水、风、光等清洁可再生新能源为主的电力系统中,风电与光伏出力的不确定性会导致电源侧的灵活性调节能力不足,并且难以精准量化评估系统的降碳效益。本文采用模糊机会处理功率平衡约束来表征风光出力的不确定性,耦合阶梯式碳排放成本计算方法,构建新型风-光-火-抽蓄联合运行系统日前优化调度模型。以西北地区某新能源基地为研究对象,将火电机组运行成本、弃风弃光惩罚成本、抽蓄电站运行成本以及碳排放成本构成的综合成本最低作为优化目标,采用分段线性化方法处理火电机组运行成本的凸性非线性项。实际算例优化结果表明,抽蓄电站的加入使得联合系统的总运行成本与碳排放量均大大降低,且对风-光-火-抽蓄联合运行系统引入模糊机会与阶梯式碳交易后,综合运行成本降低3.2%,碳排放量减少14.3%,弃风弃光成本下降了55.7%,验证了本文所构建的新型模型的有效性。 In the power system dominated by new energy sources,the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic(PV)output can lead to insufficient flexibility in power-side regulation,and it is difficult to accurately and quantitatively assess the carbon reduction benefits of the system.In this paper,fuzzy chance processing power balance constraint is used to characterize the uncertainty of wind-PV output and combined with ladder-type carbon trading method,and a new day-ahead optimal scheduling model of the wind-photovoltaic-thermal-pumped storage combined power generation system is established.Taking a real new energy base in Northwest China as the research object,the optimization target is the lowest comprehensive cost composed of the whole process operating cost of thermal power units,wind-PV power abandonment penalty cost,the operating cost of pumped storage power station,and the cost of carbon emissions.The segmented linearization method is used to deal with the convex nonlinear term of the operating of thermal power units,and the optimal scheduling model are solved.The optimal results show that the total operating cost and carbon emission of the combined power generation system are greatly reduced by the addition of pumped storage plants.By integrating the fuzzy chance constraint method and ladder carbon trading method in the wind-photovoltaic-thermal-pumped storage combined power generation system,the whole cost of the system is reduced by 3.2%,the carbon emission is reduced by 14.3%,and the cost of abandoned wind-PV is reduced by 55.7%,which verified the effectiveness of the new model constructed in this paper.
