m^(6)A甲基化修饰与内分泌腺疾病的研究进展

摘要 N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)是真核生物RNA中普遍存在的可逆性表观遗传修饰,在转录后修饰中发挥重要作用。m^(6)A甲基化修饰发挥生物学效应的酶包括甲基化转移酶、去甲基化酶和甲基化识别酶。在内分泌腺疾病中,m^(6)A甲基化修饰相关分子存在许多异常表达,可改变靶基因转录后甲基化的水平,调控相关代谢通路,影响机体的生长发育、生殖和各种新陈代谢。因此,深入研究m^(6)A修饰的调节机制有助于更好地预测内分泌腺疾病,m^(6)A甲基化修饰的相关调节剂或抑制剂的研究可能为内分泌腺疾病的治疗提供潜在策略。 N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is a common reversible epigenetic modification in eukaryotic RNA and plays an important role in post-transcriptional modification.The biological effects of m^(6)A methylation include methyltransferase,demethylase and methylation recognition enzyme.In endocrine gland diseases,there are many abnormal expressions of m^(6)A methylation related molecules,which can change the methylation level of target genes after transcription,regulate related metabolic pathways,and affect the body′s growth,development,reproduction and various metabolisms.Therefore,in-depth understanding of the regulatory mechanism of m^(6)A modification is helpful to better predict endocrine gland diseases,and the development of related modulators or inhibitors of m^(6)A methylation modification may provide potential therapeutic strategies for the treatment of endocrine gland diseases.
