基于MAPK/ERK通路对脑缺血再灌注损伤作用机制的研究进展

摘要 再灌注是缺血性脑卒中最主要的治疗手段,但其会导致继发性脑损伤,从而造成缺血组织神经细胞丢失,神经功能严重受损,被认为是世界范围内人类致死的主要原因。目前信号转导通路在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制研究比较深入。其中,促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶(MAPK)/胞外信号调节激酶通路是MAPK家族中最重要的作用通路,其可通过介导多种信号转导通路发挥神经保护作用。但由于目前的研究缺乏系统性、整体性,未来应进一步提高研究质量,为缺血性脑卒中的治疗提供新思路。 Reperfusion is the most important treatment for ischemic stroke,but it can lead to secondary brain injury,resulting in loss of nerve cells in ischemic tissue and serious impairment of nerve function,which is considered to be the main cause of human mortality worldwide.At present,the mechanism of signal transduction pathway in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury has been thoroughly studied.Among them,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)/extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway is the most important pathway in the MAPK family,which can exert neuroprotective effects by mediating a variety of signal transduction pathways.However,due to the lack of systematic and holistic research,the quality of research should be further improved in the future to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
