Research Progress of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy and Related Immune Cells

妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)是妊娠期特有的一组疾病,是导致国内外孕产妇、胎儿及新生儿出现严重并发症,甚至死亡的主要原因之一。对于HDP病因的探索是目前产科医师面临的重大难题,目前国内外已对HDP进行了广泛的研究,普遍认为HDP的发病主要与免疫失衡和过度炎症反应有关,但具体的发病机制尚无定论。明确HDP的病因,尤其是免疫失衡在其中的作用,可为HDP的早期诊断以及治疗提供可靠依据,有效减少HDP母婴并发症的发生,实现母婴安全。

Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(HDP)is a group of diseases peculiar to pregnancy,which is one of the main causes of serious complications and even death in pregnant women,fetuses and newborns at home and abroad.The exploration of the etiology of HDP is a major problem facing obstetricians at present.At present,extensive studies have been conducted on HDP at home and abroad.It is generally believed that the pathogenesis of HDP is mainly related to immune imbalance and excessive inflammatory reaction,but the specific pathogenesis has not been determined.Clarifying the etiology of HDP,especially the role of immune imbalance in it,can provide reliable basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of HDP,effectively reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications of HDP,and achieve safety of the mothers and infants.
