桂枝汤及其类方治疗皮肤病的研究进展

Research Progress of Guizhi Decoction and Its Analogue Formulae in Treatment of Skin Diseases

桂枝汤出自张仲景《伤寒论》,在桂枝汤基础上通过临证加减现已变化出20多个类方,其中麻黄桂枝各半汤、桂枝二越婢一汤、桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤等均广泛应用临床各型皮肤病的治疗。近年来,桂枝汤及其类方在皮肤病治疗中的应用越来越广泛,可针对各型皮肤病发挥作用。桂枝汤治疗皮肤病的研究也逐渐由病因病机分析向各单体化合物药理作用等方面拓展。未来,进一步探索桂枝汤及其类方治疗皮肤病的作用机制将有助于拓展经方的应用范围。

Guizhi Decoction is derived from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing.On the basis of Guizhi Decoction,more than 20 kinds of prescriptions have been developed through clinical addition and subtraction.Among them,Mahuang Guizhihalf-half Decoction,Guizhi 2 Yuebi 1 Decoction,Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction are widely used in the treatment of various types of skin diseases.In recent years,Guizhi Decoction and its analogue formulae have been more and more widely used in the treatment of skin diseases,which canact in various types of skin diseases.The research of Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of skin diseases has gradually expanded from the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis to the pharmacological effects of individual compounds.In the future,further exploring the mechanism of Guizhi Decoction and its analogue formulae in the treatment of skin diseases will help to expand the application scope of Jingfang(classical prescriptions).
