摘要
线粒体功能障碍是缺血性脑卒中(IS)损伤的首要病理机制之一,可导致IS能量代谢紊乱、氧化应激、凋亡等级联反应,促使脑细胞死亡。中药及其生物活性成分(如皂苷类、萜类与挥发油类、黄酮类、生物碱类)以及中药复方(如补阳还五汤)具有多靶点药理作用和副作用少的特点,其可通过调节能量代谢、抑制氧化应激、减少活性氧生成等显著改善线粒体功能,从而发挥抗IS的作用。目前关于中药线粒体靶向治疗IS的研究多为基础研究,其最终效果还需要临床验证。
Mitochondrial dysfunction is one of the primary pathologic mechanisms of ischemic stroke(IS)injury,which can lead to cascade reactions of energy metabolism disorders,oxidative stress,and apoptosis,and promote brain cell death.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and their bioactive components(such as saponins,terpenoids and volatile oil,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.)and TCM compound(such as buyang huanwu decoction)with multi-target pharmacological effects and less side effects,which can significantly improve mitochondrial function through adjusting the energy metabolism,inhibiting oxidative stress and reducing the active oxygen species generation,so as to play the role of anti-IS.At present,most of the studies on mitochondrial targeted therapy for IS are basic research,and its final effect still needs to be verified clinically.
