摘要
随着人口老龄化进程加快,骨质疏松症已成为研究热点之一。绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)作为骨质疏松症的主要类型,是导致老年女性骨折及死亡的隐形杀手。目前治疗骨质疏松症的药物以抑制骨吸收和促进骨形成为主,由于存在诸多不良反应患者依从性低。而中医药防治骨质疏松因疗效确切,副作用小易被接受。中医治疗以补肾为主,具体治法分为温阳补肾、滋阴补肾、阴阳双补、补肾活血等。补肾方剂主要通过发挥类似雌激素作用,调控骨髓间充质干细胞(BMMSCs)的增殖、分化、自噬等相关途径的基因及蛋白,维持骨吸收及骨形成平衡,治疗PMOP。因此,研究补肾中药对BMMSCs干预的机制,能为防治PMOP药物的研究和发展提供新方向。
With the acceleration of population aging,osteoporosis has become one of the research hotspots.As the main type of osteoporosis,postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is the invisible killer of fracture and death in elderly women.The current drugs used to treat osteoporosis mainly inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation,the patients′compliance is low because of many adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis are easy to be accepted because of the exact effect and small side effects.TCM is mainly used for tonifying the kidney,and the specific therapeutic methods are as follows:warming yang tonifying the kidney,nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney,nourishing both yin and yang,tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation,etc.The mechanism of kidney-tonifying formula is to regulate the genes and proteins involved in the proliferation,differentiation and autophagy of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)by acting like estrogen,to maintain the balance of bone resorption and bone formation and treat PMOP.Therefore,to study the mechanism of kidney-tonifying herbs on BMMSCs can provide a new direction for the research and development of anti-PMOP drugs.
