智能无人系统海上作战运用

摘要 基于智能技术、无人系统等发展特点,分析研究国内外技术创新和实践运用情况,结合我国我军实际,科学把握技术发展规律与阶段能力,探讨海上方向创新运用智能无人系统的方式方法。立足新一轮科技革命和军事革命发展规律,面对海上方向现实威胁,综合分析智能无人系统运用对作战方式带来的变革,创新智能无人战法,以期提升海上作战能力,为打赢信息化智能化局部战争抢占先机、奠定基础。围绕海上智能无人系统开发新型作战概念与理论,研究提出水下预置伏击、海上集群歼灭、隐蔽机动点穴、跨域综合信息对抗等,丰富未来海上作战运用的招法集和策略库。 The technological advancements and practical applications of unmanned intelligent systems have been analyzed,with the unique characteristics of both intelligence and unmanned technologies considered.Based on established scientific development principles and the specific conditions of our nation and military forces,new ideas for applying unmanned intelligent forces at sea are presented.With the rapid progression of scientific and technological revolutions and military evolution,a new era is unfolding.Facing the rising threats from the sea,the profound change in military operational concepts resulting from the integration of unmanned intelligent systems is investigated.Developing new unmanned operation strategies to improve naval maneuverability is focused on.In doing so,the opportunity is seized and the foundation of victory in future localized wars,characterized by information-centric and intelligent features,is laid.New perspectives,including ambush warfare by underwater presetting,annihilation strategies employing aggregated units,acupoint warfare emphasizing concealment and rapidity,and cross-domain informational warfare utilizing a holistic approach,are introduced through insights into the technological development of unmanned intelligent military systems.Operational tactics and strategies can hopefully be enriched,bolstering future naval maneuvers.
