STAT3和CAC1与G6PD蛋白在宫颈癌患者癌组织中的表达及其与高危型HPV感染的关系 被引量:3

Expression of STAT3,CAC1and G6PD proteins in cancer tissues of patients with cervical cancer and their association with high-risk HPV infection

摘要 目的探讨信号转导与转录调控因子3(STAT3)、CAC1、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PD)蛋白在宫颈癌患者癌组织中的表达及其与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法选取2020年1月-2022年11月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的103例宫颈癌患者作为宫颈癌组,85例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者作为CIN组,另选取112例慢性宫颈炎患者作为慢性宫颈炎组;比较三组宫颈组织、CIN患者不同分级宫颈组织及宫颈癌患者不同宫颈组织中STAT3、CAC1、G6PD蛋白及高危型HPV表达情况,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析宫颈癌患者STAT3、CAC1、G6PD蛋白表达与高危型HPV感染的相关性。结果宫颈癌组宫颈组织中STAT3、CAC1、G6PD及高危型HPV阳性率高于CIN组、慢性宫颈炎组;CIN组高于慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05);CINⅡ~Ⅲ级患者宫颈组织中STAT3、CAC1、G6PD及高危型HPV阳性率高于CINⅠ级患者(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中STAT3、CAC1、G6PD及高危型HPV阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者STAT3、CAC1、G6PD蛋白表达与高危型HPV感染呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论STAT3、CAC1、G6PD蛋白表达及高危型HPV感染在宫颈病变及宫颈癌的发生发展中具有密切联系,且STAT3、CAC1、G6PD蛋白表达与高危型HPV感染呈正相关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of signal transduction and transcription regulation factor 3(STAT3),CAC1,and 6-phosphate glucose dehydrogenase(G6PD)proteins in cancer tissues of patients with cervical cancer and their relationship with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.METHODS Totally 103 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the Anyang Tumor Hospital from Jan.2020to Nov.22were selected as the cervical cancer group,85patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were selected as the CIN group,and another 112patients with chronic cervicitis were selected as the chronic cervicitis group.The expression of STAT3,CAC1,G6PD protein and high-risk HPV in cervical tissues of the three groups,different grades of CIN patients,and different cervical tissues of cervical cancer patients were compared,and the correlation between the expression of STAT3,CAC1,G6PD protein and high-risk HPV infection of patients with cervical cancer were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.RESULTS The expression of STAT3,CAC1,and G6PD,and the positive rates of high-risk HPV in cervical cancer group were higher than those in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group;CIN group was higher than chronic cervicitis group(P<0.05).The STAT3,CAC1,and G6PD expression and the positive rates of high-risk HPV in cervical tissue of CINⅡ-Ⅲpatients were higher than those of CIN I patients(P<0.05);The STAT3,CAC1,and G6PD expression,and the positive rates of high-risk HPV in cervical cancer tissues of cervical cancer patients were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of STAT3,CAC1,G6PD proteins in cervical cancer patients was positively correlated with high-risk HPV infection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The expression of STAT3,CAC1,G6PD protein and high-risk HPV infection were closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical lesions and cervical cancer,and the expression of STAT3,CAC1,G6PD protein was positively correlated with high-risk HPV infection.
