长链非编码RNA与动脉粥样硬化病变中血管内皮功能失调关系的研究进展

摘要 动脉粥样硬化主要发生在全身大、中动脉段,颈动脉粥样硬化往往可以引起脑梗死等急性重症疾病。血管内皮细胞是动脉内膜的主要组成部分,内皮细胞功能障碍是动脉粥样硬化形成的起始环节。近年来长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)成为各医学领域的研究热点,在动脉粥样硬化病变血管内皮功能失调研究中起重要的调控作用。未来,深入研究lncRNA与动脉粥样硬化病变中血管内皮功能失调的调控机制,将为动脉粥样硬化相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供新思路。 Atherosclerosis mainly occurs in the large and middle arteries of the whole body.Carotid atherosclerosis has attracted much attention because it can often cause acute and severe diseases such as cerebral infarction.Endothelial cells are the main component of the intima of arteries,and endothelial dysfunction is the beginning of atherosclerosis.In recent years,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has become a research hotspot in various fields of medicine,which plays an important regulatory role in the vascular endothelial dysfunction in atherosclerotic lesions.In the future,in-depth study on the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA and vascular endothelial dysfunction related diseases in atherosclerotic lesions will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
