鸢尾素在抗组织纤维化中的作用研究进展

摘要 组织纤维化与临床诸多疾病密切相关,其本质是细胞外基质成分尤其是胶原蛋白的过度积累、重塑、破坏和取代正常组织,最终导致功能异常。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路在其中发挥重要作用,选择性抑制TGF-β/Smad信号通路是抗纤维化治疗的关键策略。鸢尾素是一种新发现的肌肉因子,作为肌肉和机体其他组织之间的纽带,除了促进能量代谢、骨重塑及抗氧化等作用外,还可缓解心、肾、肝以及胰脏等器官组织纤维化进程。鸢尾素在抗组织纤维化中发挥重要作用,可为抗纤维化治疗提供新思路。 Tissue fibrosis is closely related to many clinical diseases,and its essence is the excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix components(especially collagen),remodeling,destructing and replacing normal tissues,which ultimately leads to functional abnormalities.The transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway plays an important role in this,and the selective inhibition of the TGF-β/Smad pathway is the key strategy of anti-fibrosis treatment.Irisin is a newly discovered muscle factor,as a link between muscle and other tissues in the body,which in addition to promoting energy metabolism,bone remodeling and antioxidation,can also alleviate the heart,kidney,liver and pancreatic tissue fibrosis.Irisin plays an important role in the resistance of tissue fibrosis and can provide new ideas for the anti-fibrosis treatment.
