基质金属蛋白酶9在动脉粥样硬化性疾病中的研究进展

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9是MMP中的成员,其作用底物广泛,主要参与分解细胞外基质以及基底膜中多种蛋白成分,在炎症反应、细胞迁移、血管生成、胚胎发育、组织修复等病理及生理过程中起重要作用。动脉粥样硬化发病率、患病率高,累及全身多个器官,预后差,是影响全世界的公共卫生难题。MMP-9在多种动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发生发展中起重要作用,参与了疾病诊断、评估疾病严重程度、预测转归等方面,对疾病的治疗也起到一定的作用。 Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)is a member of matrix metalloproteinases.It acts on a wide range of substrates,mainly participating in the decomposition of various protein components in extracellular matrix and basement membrane,playing an important role in inflammatory response,cell migration,angiogenesis,embryonic development,tissue repair and other pathological and physiological processes.Atherosclerosis is a kind of disease with high incidence and prevalence,involving multiple organs of the whole body with poor prognosis,it is a public health problem affecting the whole world.MMP-9 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of arteriosclerotic diseases,thus is involved in the disease diagnosis,assessment of disease severity,prognosis and other aspects,and also plays a certain role in the treatment of the diseases.
