血管内皮相关的因子在勃起功能障碍中的作用研究进展

Research Progress in Role of Vascular Endothelial Related Factors in Erectile Dysfunction

勃起功能障碍(ED)是男性最常见的性功能障碍,严重影响患者及家属的身心健康。目前最常见的ED治疗药物是西地那非,其可显著缓解ED的严重程度,但对于部分类型的ED疗效欠佳。血管内皮功能损伤导致的ED是近年研究的热点,而血管内皮相关的因子是评价和(或)影响血管内皮功能的主要物质,恢复其水平或调节其作用途径均有利于勃起功能的恢复,但血管内皮相关的因子在ED中的作用机制目前尚不明确。因此,未来深入探究血管内皮相关的因子与ED的关系,可以为ED的研究和诊疗提供新方向。

Erectile dysfunction(ED)is the most common sexual dysfunction in men,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of the patients and their families.Currently,sildenafil is the most common drug to treat ED,which can significantly alleviate the severity of ED,but has poor efficacy for some types of ED.Endothelial function injury caused by ED is a hotspot of research in recent years,and vascular endothelial related factors are the main material for evaluation and/or influencing endothelial function,and restoring its level or adjusting the action pathways are beneficial to the recovery of erectile function,but the mechanism of vascular endothelial related factors in ED is not yet clear.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the relationship between vascular endothelial related factors and ED in the future can provide a new direction for the study and diagnosis and treatment of ED.
