摘要
细胞自噬是通过分解细胞内生物大分子和受损细胞器从而实现细胞代谢及再利用的过程。正常的细胞自噬过程对细胞内稳态的维持以及细胞生命活动的顺利进行十分重要。肝脏作为一个高度动态的代谢器官,由于高能量需要,非常依赖细胞自噬以维持正常的功能,所以各种途径所导致的细胞自噬缺陷均可能导致严重的肝组织损害和肝功能损伤。肝实质和非实质细胞自噬功能障碍可导致多种肝脏疾病,包括病毒性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、肝癌等,因此靶向自噬可能是治疗肝脏疾病的潜在策略,可作为未来重要研究方向。
Autophagy is the process of cellular metabolism and reuse by breaking down intracellular biomolecules and damaged organelles.A normal autophagy process is important for the maintenance of intracellular homeostasis and smooth cellular life activities.As a highly dynamic metabolic organ,the liver relies heavily on autophagy to maintain normal function due to its high energy requirements,so defects in autophagy caused by various pathways may lead to severe liver tissue damage and liver function impairment.Dysfunction of hepatic parenchymal and non-parenchymal autophagy can lead to a variety of liver diseases,including viral hepatitis,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,autoimmune liver disease,liver cancer,etc.Therefore,targeting autophagy may be a potential strategy for the treatment of liver diseases and could be an important research direction in the future.
