胰腺癌是目前最常见且预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一,胰腺癌患者术前、术后因全身情况欠佳以及不良的心理情况导致预后不佳。因此,积极采取各种方式对胰腺癌患者进行干预具有重要意义。加速康复外科理念是指通过优化围手术期处理的诸多措施,以改善患者的身体功能以及生活质量。采取术前多维度的运动训练、心理干预,术前与术后的胃肠营养管理,以及术后早期活动的个性化、有效、质量高的康复方案,可以促进患者加速康复,为该领域研究提供参考。

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignancies with a poor prognosis.The patients often have a poor prognosis due to poor general condition and poor psychological situation before and after surgery.Therefore,it is important to actively intervene in pancreatic cancer patients in various ways.The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery refers to a number of measures to optimize perioperative management,which can improve the physical function and quality of life of the patients.Through the adoption of preoperative multidimensional exercise training,psychological intervention,preoperative and postoperative gastrointestinal nutrition management,and individualized,effective,and high-quality rehabilitation programs for early postoperative activities,the patients′accelerated recovery can be promoted,providing a reference for the future research in this field.
