摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是当前严重威胁人类健康的主要疾病,患病率和病死率较高,给社会和家庭带来巨大负担。早期诊断和预测CVD的进展对CVD的管理和减少心血管不良事件的发生有重要作用。微RNA(miRNA)与多种CVD(急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心肌炎、心律失常等)的发生发展密切相关;血液中的循环miRNA具有性质稳定、样本易于采集的优点,有望成为CVD的生物标志物。循环miRNA在多种CVD的精确诊断、风险分层、预后评估等方面发挥作用,但其在作为CVD生物标志物应用于临床前仍需要进行大量研究。
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)are the main threat to human health,with high morbidity and mortality,bringing huge burden to the society and family.Early diagnosis and prediction of the progression of CVD play an important role in the management of CVD and reducing the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.MicroRNA(miRNA)is closely related to the development of many kinds of cardiovascular diseases,including acute myocardial infarction,heart failure,myocarditis,arrhythmia,etc.;miRNA in blood circulation are steady and easy to obtain,which are expected to become the biomarkers of CVD.Circulating miRNAs play an important role in the accurate diagnosis,risk stratification and prognostic assessment of many CVD,but a lot of research are still needed before they can be used as CVD biomarkers in clinic.
