摘要
子宫内膜癌是一种细胞周期疾病,由于细胞周期异常导致癌细胞无限增殖。转录因子腺病毒E2启动子结合因子(E2F)家族通过细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶/Rb/E2F轴调节细胞周期进程,在决定细胞分裂时机、诱导血管生成、调节新陈代谢中发挥重要作用。各E2F因子在子宫内膜癌中表达不同,与癌症的发生发展、免疫浸润、复发耐药、临床预后密切相关。临床上有望通过调控E2F的活性、增强基因工程病毒对癌细胞的靶向以抑制肿瘤细胞生长。因此,E2F是子宫内膜癌的潜在治疗靶点,可为子宫内膜癌的治疗提供新思路。
Endometrial cancer is a cell cycle disease in which cancer cells proliferate indefinitely due to abnormal cell cycles.The adenovirus E2 promoter binding factor(E2F)transcription factor family regulates cell cycle progression through the cyclin-dependent kinase/Rb/E2F axis,and plays an important role in determining the timing of cell division,inducing angiogenesis,and regulating metabolism.In endometrial cancer,several E2F factors are differently expressed and are closely associated with cancer formation,immune infiltration,relapse and drug resistance,and clinical prognosis.Regulating E2F activity and increasing the targeting of genetically modified viruses to cancer cells are clinically effective ways to slow tumor cell growth.Therefore,E2F is a potential therapeutic target for endometrial cancer and provides new ideas for the treatment of endometrial cancer.
