紫杉醇脂质体治疗脑胶质瘤的研究进展

摘要 脑胶质瘤是一种最常见和最具侵袭性的颅内恶性肿瘤,目前临床常规治疗方式效果欠佳。随着主动靶向药物递送技术的发展,经修饰的载药脂质体被广泛应用于脑部精准治疗。通过单配体修饰、多配体修饰、仿生包载、Rg3替代胆固醇等方法能够制备更加精准高效的靶向脂质体药物,实现脑胶质瘤多级靶向治疗,使患者受益。然而,不同的修饰方法结果各异。因此,如何选择恰当的修饰方法,以及进一步实现临床转化是当前亟待解决的问题。 Brain glioma is one of the most common and aggressive intracranial malignancies,and current conventional clinical treatment modalities are not effective.With the development of active targeted drug delivery technology,modified drug-loaded liposomes have been widely used in precise brain therapy.Through single ligand modification,multi-ligand modification,biomimetic encapsulation,Rg3 replacement of cholesterol and other methods,more accurate and efficient targeted liposomal drugs can be prepared to achieve multi-stage targeted therapy of brain glioma and benefit the patients.However,different modification methods have varied results.Therefore,specific selection of the modification methods and how to achieve clinical translation are urgent problems to be solved at present.
