脑卒中是一种心脑血管疾病,具有高发病率、高病死率等特点。脑卒中是一种由大脑血液循环障碍引起的局部脑功能缺陷,可导致口眼歪斜、智力低下、昏厥等一系列疾病,严重威胁患者健康。随着医疗技术的发展,脑卒中患者的生存率逐渐提高,但仍有患者发生瘫痪。针刺联合康复疗法在脑卒中瘫痪的治疗中具有独特优势,但也存在较大争议。针刺治疗脑卒中后瘫痪的方式多样,包括腹针、体针、头针、电针、舌针、眼针等,且不同的疗法其疗效也不同。因此,未来深入研究脑卒中瘫痪发生的机制以及康复疗法在脑卒中瘫痪中的作用,可为疾病的治疗及针刺与康复疗法的应用提供理论支持,为患者的治疗提供新思路。

Cerebral stroke is a cardio-cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality rates.Stroke is a localized brain function defect caused by blood circulation disorder in the brain,which can lead to a series of diseases such as distorted mouth and eyes,mental retardation and fainting,and seriously threaten the health of the patients.With the development of medical technology,the survival rate of stroke patients has gradually increased,but paralysis still occurs in some patients.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy have unique advantages in the treatment of stroke paralysis,but there are also major controversies.Acupuncture is used to treat post-stroke paralysis in various ways,including abdominal acupuncture,body acupuncture,head acupuncture,electroacupuncture,tongue acupuncture,and eye acupuncture,and its efficacy varies from one therapy to another.Therefore,future in-depth research on the mechanism of the occurrence of stroke paralysis and the role of rehabilitation therapy in stroke paralysis can provide theoretical support for the treatment of the disease and the application of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy,and provide new ideas for the treatment.
