性别决定区高迁移率族盒4蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的分析性别决定区高迁移率族盒4(SOX4)蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月在安徽医科大学附属亳州医院进行手术治疗的85例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,以手术切除的乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织为检测标本。采用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中SOX4蛋白的表达,并分析SOX4蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中SOX4蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织[72.94%(62/85)比47.06%(40/85)](χ^(2)=11.863,P=0.001)。不同年龄、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期及雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子受体2、表皮生长因子受体阳性与阴性的乳腺癌组织中SOX4蛋白阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),淋巴结转移者SOX4蛋白阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者[83.72%(36/43)比61.90%(26/42)](P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中SOX4蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织,可能参与乳腺癌组织转移,并可作为预测乳腺癌组织转移的潜在生物标志物。 Objective To analyze the protein expression of sex-determining region related high mobility group box 4(SOX4)in breast cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Clinical data of 85 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Affiliated Bozhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University from Jan.2019 to Jan.2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The surgically removed breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were used as detection specimens.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SOX4 protein in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and the relationship between SOX4 protein expression and clinicopathologic parameters of breast cancer patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SOX4 protein in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues[72.94%(62/85)vs 47.06%(40/85)](χ^(2)=11.863,P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the positive expression of SOX4 protein in breast cancer tissues with different age,tumor differentiation degree,tumor diameter,tumor stage,and positive or negative results of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,epidermal growth factor receptor(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of SOX4 protein in the patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the patients without lymph node metastasis[83.72%(36/43)vs 61.90%(26/42)](P<0.05).Conclusion SOX4 protein has a higher positive expression in breast cancer tissue than the normal adjacent tissue,which may be involved in breast cancer tissue metastasis and can be used as a potential biomarker to predict breast cancer tissue metastasis.
