CC趋化因子配体2在乳腺癌中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 CC趋化因子配体2(CCL2)是存在于肿瘤微环境(TME)中的一种趋化因子,可以直接作用于肿瘤细胞,也可以通过调控TME来影响肿瘤进展,参与肿瘤的血管生成、转移、耐药以及免疫调节等。乳腺癌是威胁女性健康的主要疾病之一,尽管综合治疗可大大改善乳腺癌患者的预后,但仍有部分患者出现复发转移,最终导致患者死亡。深入研究趋化因子和趋化因子受体为乳腺癌的治疗提供了新的方向。全面研究CCL2在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用机制将为乳腺癌的早期诊断及靶向治疗提供更丰富的理论依据,并为临床治疗提供新的思路。 Chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 2(CCL2)is present in tumor microenvironment(TME),which can act directly on tumor cells or affect tumor progression by regulating the TME,participating in tumor angiogenesis,metastasis,drug resistance and immune regulation.Breast cancer is one of the major diseases threatening the health of women.Although the combined treatment of breast cancer has greatly improved the prognosis of the patients,some patients will still suffer from recurrence and metastasis,which will eventually lead to the patient death.With the intensive study on chemokines and chemokine receptors,it has provided a new direction for the treatment of breast cancer.A comprehensive study of the mechanism of CCL2 in the occurrence and development of breast cancer will provide a richer theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of breast cancer,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment.
