全程护理结合风险护理在脑动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Total Care Combined with Risk Care in the Interventional Treatment of Cerebral Aneurysm

目的:研究对脑动脉瘤患者实施介入术时应用全程护理+风险护理的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年4月—2022年1月嵩县中医院介入导管室收治的90例脑动脉瘤患者的临床资料,将抽中单数且实施临床基础护理的患者列为对照组45例,将抽中双数且实施全程护理+风险护理的患者列为观察组45例,并对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者手术时长、住院时长、医疗成本等指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.143、26.424、12.556,P<0.05);两组患者不良事件发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.752,P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.053,P<0.05);观察组患者生理、心理、社会、精神状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.507、22.453、34.781、36.795,P<0.05)。结论:在脑动脉瘤介入术中应用全程护理结合风险护理对提高手术效率及效果、降低不良事件及术后并发症发生风险、改善患者术后生活质量均有积极意义。

Objective:To study the effect of applying total care+risk care to patients with cerebral aneurysms during interventional procedures.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients who were drawn with an odd number and implemented clinical basic care were listed as the control group(45 patients),and the patients who were drawn with an even number and implemented full care+risk care were listed as the observation group(45 patients).The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The length of surgery,length of hospital stay,and medical costs were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=12.143,26.424,12.556,P<0.05).The difference in the occurrence of adverse events between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.752,P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.053,P<0.05).The physical,psychological,social,and spiritual status scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=8.507,22.453,34.781,36.795,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of all-inclusive care combined with risk-based care in cerebral aneurysm interventions has positive implications for improving the efficiency and outcome of the procedure,reducing the risk of adverse events and postoperative complications,and improving patients’postoperative quality of life.
