基于CiteSpace的农村地区健康相关行为研究热点分析

Hotspot Analysis of Health-related Behavior Research in Rural Areas Based on CiteSpace

目的:用文献计量学的方法探讨农村健康相关行为领域的研究现状和热点,为我国开展农村地区健康相关行为的研究提供一定参考。方法:采用软件CiteSpace 6.1.R6对纳入文献进行可视化分析,结合文献具体内容对该领域的研究热点和趋势进行总体阐述。结果:我国农村健康相关行为领域的研究在近10年发文量趋于稳定,机构间形成了较大的合作网络,近年来的研究热点主要包括健康生活方式、慢性病自我管理、卫生服务利用、健康危险行为和健康传播5个方面。结论:该领域的研究已十分丰富,但仍需要从研究角度、理论指导和实践检验等方面进行完善。

Objective:A bibliometric approach was used to explore the current status and hotspots of research in the field of rural health-related behaviors and to provide some reference for conducting research on health-related behaviors in rural areas in China.Methods:The software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used to visually analyze the included literature and to provide a general description of the research hotspots and trends in the field in relation to the specific content of the literature.Results:The number of publications in the field of rural health-related behaviors in China has stabilized in the last decade,and a larger network of collaboration has been formed among institutions.Recent research hotspots included five main areas:healthy lifestyles,chronic disease self-management,health service utilization,health risk behaviors,and health communication.Conclusion:Research in this area has been abundant,but still needs to be refined in terms of research perspectives,theoretical guidance,and practical testing.
