基于临床实践的《传染病学》教学改革初探

Teaching Reform of Infectious Diseases Based on Clinical Practice

传染病在人类历史进程中扮演了十分重要的角色,甚至是改写了人类的历史。目前,人类同传染病的斗争远没有结束,面对层出不穷的新发突发传染病,基于临床实践的教学模式改革,一直备受人们的关注,同时也给传染病教学带来许多新的机遇与挑战。如何调动学生学习的主观能动性,掌握传染病的基本知识和基本技能,提高对新发突发传染病的认知能力和应急处置能力是当前传染病教学亟需解决的问题。文章全面分析了当前传染病教学中存在的若干问题,并从优化教学内容、构建虚拟教学平台、强化公共卫生思维、加强师资队伍建设、构建多元化考核评价体系等多个维度提出解决策略,符合新医科背景下学生综合能力培养要求,为新时代传染病实践教学奠定理论基础。

Infectious diseases have played a pivotal role in the course of human history and even rewritten human history.At present,the human struggle against infectious diseases is far from over.Facing emerging infectious diseases,the reform of teaching mode based on clinical practice has attracted people's attention,and it also brings many new opportunities and challenges to infectious disease teaching.How to mobilize students'subjective initiative in learning,master the basic knowledge and skills of contagious diseases,and improve the cognitive ability and emergency response-ability to emerging infectious diseases is an urgent problem to be solved in infectious disease teaching.This paper comprehensively analyzes some issues existing in current infectious disease teaching.It puts forward solutions from several dimensions,such as optimizing teaching content,constructing a virtual teaching platform,strengthening public health thinking,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and constructing a diversified evaluation system,which meets the requirements of cultivating students'comprehensive ability under the new medical background and lays a theoretical foundation for practical teaching of infectious diseases in the new era.
