摘要
目的探讨课题达成型品管圈在药学实习生处方审核培训的实践与效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月来药学部实习的46名药学专业学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实施组和常规组,各23名。常规组根据常规教学方法,对实习生进行处方审核带教培训;实施组在常规组的基础上实施课题达成型品管圈干预。文章选定提高药学实习生处方审核能力作为活动主题,根据课题达成型品管圈十大步骤进行活动的实施,比较出科前以不合格处方审出率、理论成绩及教学评价调查评估教学效果。结果实施组不合格处方审核率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施组理论知识分数[(92.6±4.3)分]高于常规组[(82.0±2.9)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施组教学评价评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后,圈员品管圈手法、解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、和谐度、团队凝聚力、责任感、积极性和自信心总分增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用课题达成型品管圈活动,提高了药学实习生处方审核能力和学习积极性,提升了药学实习学生的综合素质,适合在药学实践教学中应用。
Objective To explore the quality control circle in pharmaceutical intern prescription audit training.Methods A total of 46 students majoring in pharmacy who came to the department of pharmacy for internship from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the implementation group and the conventional group,with 23 students in each group.According to the conventional teaching methods,the conventional group conducted prescription review and teaching training for interns.The implementation group implemented the quality control circle intervention based on the routine group.This paper selected improving the prescription review ability of pharmacy interns as the theme of the activity,carried out the activity according to the ten steps of the project to achieve the quality control circle,and evaluated the teaching effect by comparing the unqualified prescription review rate,theoretical achievements and teaching evaluation before graduation.Results The review rate of unqualified prescriptions in the implementation group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge score of the implementation group[(92.6±4.3)points]was higher than that of the conventional group[(82.0±2.9)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation score of the implementation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After implementation,the total scores of quality control circle techniques,problem-solving ability,communication and coordination ability,harmony degree,team cohesion,sense of responsibility,enthusiasm and self-confidence of circle members increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using project achievement type quality control circle activities can significantly raise the prescription audit ability and learning enthusiasm of pharmaceutical interns,and improved the comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical students,which is suitable for application in pharmacy practice teaching.
