摘要
目的评估混合教学模式在增强现实技术(augmented reality,AR)双目间接检眼镜模拟器课程中的效果。方法2021年12月—2022年3月,在温州医科大学附属眼视光医院杭州院区眼底病中心轮转的21名住培医生中开展《AR双目间接检眼镜模拟器课程》,参与者被随机分为混合教学模式教学组(n=11)、对照组(n=10)。混合模式教学组接受线上理论线下操作的混合教学模式,对照组接受常规线下上机操作教学。最终以模拟器机载考核软件评估考试成绩量化教学效果,使用问卷评估对课程的满意度。结果混合模式教学组平均总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生对课程总体满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用混合教学模式的试验组成绩优于对照组,考虑与混合教学模式增加学生学习目的性从而提升学习效果有关。在AR双目间接检眼镜模拟器课程的临床培训中混合教学模式是合理、有效的教学策略。
Objective To compare student achievement in traditional teaching mode with an online and offline blended mode in the application of AR binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy simulator.Methods The AR binocular indirect ophthalmology simulator course was conducted among 21 resident trained doctors at the Hangzhou Campus of Eye Hospital,Wenzhou Medical University from December 2021 to March 2022.Participants were randomly divided into a blened mode teaching group(n=11)and a control group(n=10).The blened mode teaching group received a blened teaching mode of online theoretical and offline operation,while the control group received routine offline computer operation teaching.Finally,the simulator onboard assessment software was used to evaluate the exam scores and quantify the teaching effectiveness,and a questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction with the course.Results The average total score of the blened mode teaching group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall satisfaction score of the course between the two groups of students(P>0.05).Conclusion The results indicated that the online and offline blended mode enables students to improve achievement and performance in learning by AR binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy simulator.Initiative and independence in learning also played important role in the results.The blended mode strategy is more effective and reasonable in AR binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy simulator teaching.
