口腔颌面外科专科医师规范化培训麻醉教学的探索

Exploration on Anesthesiology Education in the Standardized Training of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialists

口腔颌面外科专科医师规范化培训(简称“专培”)是培养优秀颌面外科医师的重要途径之一,麻醉科是颌面外科专培医师重要的轮转科室,口腔麻醉是专业性和实践性极强的高风险学科。口腔颌面外科专培医师进行麻醉轮转,不但是目前专培的目标要求,而且对颌面外科临床实践具有重要的现实意义。文章首先分析了口腔颌面外科专培医师麻醉教学的意义,继而对麻醉教学的具体培养目标、实施模式和教学内容进行介绍,并就麻醉重症监护病房在口腔颌面外科专培中的作用初探予以阐述。专培基地需充分认识麻醉教学对于颌面外科专培的重要意义,制定合理可行的培养方案,全面提高颌面外科专培的教育质量。

The standardized training of specialists is an essential way for the culturing of excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeons.The anesthesiology education is the key part of the training,and dental anesthesia is a“high-risk”discipline with strong professional and practical properties.However,knowledge of the most of the oral and maxillofacial surgeons are relatively poor.The anesthesiology education in the standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists is included in the training standard and must be essential for the oral and maxillofacial practice.This article analyzed the significance of anesthesiology education in the standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists.Then the specific training targets,implementation model,and the content of the training were introduced.The role of anesthesia intensive care unit in the standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists were also explored.Standardized training base should pay enough attention to the significance of anesthesiology education,and develop rational protocols to improve the quality of standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists.
