以八段锦为例探讨功法学面向基层卫生兵的授课教习

摘要 单兵功法是以中医学理论为指导,研究单兵功法的训练原则、组训方法、作用原理和训练伤防治应用规律的一门新型体训课程。海军军医大学中医系在将常规军事训练方法渗透到单兵功法的沉浸式教学方法中,取得了良好成效。其中,将幻灯片+视频+互动讲解用于功法概念的沉浸式教学,将军训口哨式分步演练法用于功法单个动作的初次训练学习,将部队分解与组合训练模式应用到单兵功法的言语行为整体纠正训练中,并结合古典音乐的沉浸式自我训练,达到较快掌握中医传统功法的目的。现以八段锦为例探讨单兵功法面向基层卫生兵的具体授课教习。 The individual skill is a new type of physical training course,which is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and studies the training principles,training methods,action principles and application laws of the individual skill.The department of traditional chinese medicine has achieved good results in infiltrating conventional military training methods into the immersion teaching methods of individual skill methods.Among them,powerpoint(PPT)+video+interactive explanation are used for the immersion teaching of the concept of kung fu,the whistling step by step drill method of general training is used for the initial training and learning of single action of kung fu,the military decomposition and combination training mode is applied to the overall correction training of speech behavior of individual kung fu,and the immersion self training of classical music is combined to achieve the goal of quickly mastering traditional Chinese medicine kung fu.This paper takes Baduanjin as an example to discuss the specific teaching and learning of individual martial arts for grassroots health soldiers.
