健康教育对乳腺癌手术患者淋巴水肿预防行为及生活质量的影响

Effect of Health Education on Lymphedema Prevention Behavior and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨健康教育对乳腺癌手术患者淋巴水肿预防行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年5—7月在厦门大学附属第一医院乳腺外科行乳腺癌改良根治术的60例患者为对照组,给予传统健康教育;2021年8—10月在厦门大学附属第一医院乳腺外科行乳腺癌改良根治术的60例患者为干预组,采用系统健康教育。比较两组患者术后淋巴水肿预防知识的知晓率和生活质量。结果干预后,干预组乳腺癌手术患者淋巴水肿预防知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组患者各个维度的得分均高于对照组,总得分也明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性健康教育能提高乳腺癌手术患者淋巴水肿预防行为及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the prevention of lymphedema and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in the department of breast surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May to July 2021 were selected as the control group and given traditional health education.A total of 60 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in the department of breast surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August to October 2021 were included in the intervention group and received systematic health education.The awareness rate and quality of life of postoperative lymphedema prevention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the awareness rate of lymphedema prevention knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the quality of life between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the total scores were also significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education can improve the behavior of lymphedema prevention and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.
