男性精神分裂症患者应用以“萨提亚模式”心理治疗为核心的人性化护理对遵医行为的影响

Effects of Humanized Nursing Care Centered on the“Satir Model”of Psychotherapy on the Compliance Behavior of Male Schizophrenic Patients

目的:探讨以“萨提亚模式”心理治疗为核心的人性化护理的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2021年2月江苏省五台山医院接收的82例男性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分常规组和实验组,每组各41例。常规组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施人性化护理。对比两组患者的遵医嘱依从率,以及两组患者的住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分及护理满意度。结果:实验组患者遵医嘱依从率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05);护理后,两组患者SSPI评分均较护理前升高,且实验组SSPI评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.989,P<0.05);实验组总满意度(92.68%)高于常规组(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05)。结论:男性精神分裂症应用人性化护理,不仅可有效提高遵医嘱依从率,改善SSPI评分,还可提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the impact of humanized care centered on the“Satir model”of psychotherapy.Methods:82 cases of male schizophrenia patients received in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into conventional and experimental groups based on the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented routine nursing care,and the experimental group carried out humanized nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance rate with medical advice,the social function scale for hospitalized psychiatric patients(SSPI)score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The difference in the rate of adherence to medical advice between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05).After care,the SSPI scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before care,and the SSPI scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group after care,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.989,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group(92.68%)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing care in male schizophrenia not only effectively increases the rate of adherence to medical advice and improves SSPI scores,but also increases patient satisfaction.
