产后压力性尿失禁患者生物反馈治疗后盆底肌表面电信号变化观察 被引量:2

Observation of Electrical Signal Changes on the Surface of Pelvic Floor Muscles After Biofeedback Treatment in Patients with Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence

摘要 目的:探究产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者生物反馈治疗后盆底肌表面电信号变化。方法:采用资料回顾性分析法,选取2020年1月—2021年10月南阳市第二人民医院接受诊治90例SUI患者作为研究对象。根据其接受治疗模式的不同来划分组别(常规组、研究组),每组各45例。常规组患者接受Kegel训练盆底肌治疗,研究组患者则在此基础上增加生物反馈治疗。对两组患者疗效、盆底肌表面电信号变化、尿失禁改善情况等维度进行探究,总结其中差异。结果:研究组治疗有效率为93.33%(42/45),高于常规组患者的84.44%(38/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.15,P<0.05)。两组患者接受治疗前,盆底肌电信号检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经采取不同治疗方案后,电信号均有变化,且研究组各检测数值明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.550、5.023、4.010,P<0.05)。在两组患者分别治疗10 d、30 d后,总漏尿次数均呈现出减少趋势,且研究组患者改善情况明显更好,差异有统计学意义(t=6.89、12.51,P<0.05)。结论:实施生物反馈治疗产后SUI,不但能在常规盘底肌训练治疗方法上提升疗效,还能明显改善电信号并缓解患者尿失禁症状。 Objective:To investigate the changes in electrical signals on the surface of pelvic floor muscles after biofeedback treatment in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:90 patients with SUI who received consultation in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into conventional group and study group according to the mode of treatment they received,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group received Kegel-trained pelvic floor muscle therapy,while the study group added biofeedback therapy to this.The dimensions of efficacy,changes in electrical signals on the surface of the pelvic floor muscle,and improvement in urinary incontinence were investigated in the two groups and the differences were summarized.Results:The treatment efficiency of the study group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 84.44%(38/45)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.15,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the results of pelvic floor electromyographic signal detection between the two groups of patients before receiving treatment(P>0.05).There were changes in electrical signals after taking different treatment regimens,and the values of each test were significantly higher in the study group,with statistically significant differences(t=4.550,5.023,4.010,P<0.05).After 10 d and 30 d of treatment,the total number of urine leaks decreased in both groups,and the improvement was significantly better in the study group,with statistically significant differences(t=6.89,12.51,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of biofeedback treatment for patients with postpartum SUI not only improved the efficacy of the treatment over the conventional discogenic muscle training method,but also significantly improved the electrical signal and relieved the patients’urinary incontinence symptoms.
