三甲医院实习生介入辐射自我防护知识现况调查及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:通过调查三甲医院实习生介入自我防护知识,了解三甲医院实习生防护知识现状及其影响因素。方法:随机抽取2021年6—8月在广东省三甲医院工作的实习生作为研究对象,采用问卷星调查其介入防护知识的现状。结果:实习生对介入放射学的基础知识、职业防护、职业暴露知晓率大部分都在50%以上。男学生得分高于女学生,差异有统计学意义(F=11.886,P<0.05);不同学历层次、不同专业学生得分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=21.283、19.384,P<0.05)。年龄与得分呈正相关,Pearson系数为0.689,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三甲医院实习生介入辐射自我防护水平有待加强,需要开展针对性的宣教以提高其防护水平。 Objective:To understand the current status of interns’protection knowledge and its influencing factors in tertiary hospitals by investigating interns’knowledge of intervention self-protection in tertiary hospitals.Methods:Interns working in the hospital from June to August 2021 were randomly selected as the study population and their current knowledge of interventional protection was investigated using a questionnaire star.Results:Most of the interns’knowledge of the basics of interventional radiology,occupational protection,and occupational exposure was above 50%.Male students scored higher than female students,and the difference was statistically significant(F=11.886,P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the scores of students of different academic levels and different majors(F=21.283,19.384,P<0.05).Age was positively correlated with score,with a Pearson coefficient of 0.689,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of interventional radiation self-protection of interns in tertiary care hospitals needs to be strengthened,and targeted education is needed to improve their level of protection.
