Statistics of Sharing Economy:Theory and Measurement

尽管近年来分享经济获得长足发展,但是其统计边界和分类尚不明确,尤其是增加值测算方法和实践几近空白,制约了对分享经济发展现状、特点和趋势的判断。本文对分享对象、分享动机、分享产出、数字平台作用、分享主体等要素进行辨析,提出分享经济的定义,指出分享经济的本质特征是基于自有资产和个体劳动的服务提供,并明确与国民经济行业分类标准相兼容的分享经济行业范围。在此基础上,本文采用间接测算方法,对我国2008年、2013年、2018年三个经济普查年份的分享经济增加值进行实际测算,为认识我国分享经济发展现状和特征提供依据。

Although sharing economy grows speedily in recent years,some fundamental issues of its measurement such as the scope and classification are still unsettled.Particularly,the theoretical and practical measurement of its value added is nearly blank,which limits the judgment of the situation,characteristics,and trend of sharing economy.After scrutinizing the sharing objects,motivation,outputs,role of digital platforms,and sharers,this paper clarifies the definition of sharing economy,demonstrates that the essential characteristic of the sharing economy is services based on self-owned assets and self-employed workers,and proposes the industrial scope compatible with ISIC.With an indirect measurement method,the added value of sharing economy in economic census years,i.e.,2008,2013,and 2018 is estimated,enabling an insight into the development trend and characteristics of sharing economy in China.
